Dressing Up

Arielle received a Hannah Montana dance mat, video, wig and guitar for her birthday. She had a lot of fun dressing up and dancing and singing her heart out! I am amazed at how well she knows the words and can sing the songs.

Hahah She looks so cute with that wig on!! We're not into Hannah Montana yet but I know it's around the corner.

Hope you're feeling better.

Much love from NJ,

How cute is she?!! I would have been in heaven if they had stuff like that when I was little.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I was really lucky that my huge mirror wasn't glued to the wall. If it had been glued I probably would have just framed it out - I would have felt it was too big of a pain to patch the wall. I did a post a while ago with some great framing ideas in case yours is glued and you need some inspiration. It's under the tag "bathroom".

Let me know if you have more questions.

Hi there! I just saw your comment. I hope it's ok that I post here. I didn't see your e-mail address. As for the memo board...

Here is the link to the post on it.

Basically, I bought a frame at Hobby Lobby, then I bought a piece of sheet metal at Lowe's. I think it was 24x36 (perfect for a larger frame). I had my husband cut my sheet in half. Hopefully you have some sheet metal scissors. We used regualar scissors. It worked ok, but I had to go buy new ones afterwards! I made another one out of the other half of the sheet metal, but I painted that with chalkboard paint. That way, I got two memo boards out of it. I hope this helps! Good luck!!

Good question about the mirror being glued. I very carefully unscrewed the screws holding the top edge of the mirror and gently tried to tilt the mirror forard. I figured if it wouldn't move without the brackets it was probably glued. Mine tilted forward so I could see behind it just fine.

Good luck!
